Very good communication . They told me they only had a reusable box rather than a new one to send the item and I was more than happy with that.They then told me that the insert of the box was missing and they would reimburse me £10.00 which I equally was happy with. Then the item came within a couple of days and I am really happy. I had seen this in a shop in Rochester for £65.00 and I am now happy that I got it a lot cheaper. Thank you so much
