was not a Verizon phone at all. it was a sprint phone
1 of 1 found this helpful I ordered this phone because it was advertised as a Verizon phone for my mother in law. however when we tried to activate the phone- we learned it was a sprint phone. Had to order another phone from someone else and send this phone back. I sent it back and still haven't received my money yet. Not happy at all with this purchase. I just want what I ordered and not a bunch of drama.
