Lodged an item not received claim and negative feedback 3 days after postage, demanded full refund to remove negative feedback while item was in transit and then didn’t respond when refund was paid. Their feedback record shows a history of this same conduct and abusive responses to sellers who raise concerns. If this happens to you, please report the buyer to eBay for theft and breach of ebay policy as I have done.
