Shoulder Straps Could Be Wider
I used the product for the first time today. When I opened it, two fabric-covered foam blocks were included. I assume these are to adjust the bottom for the size of your dog. Interestingly, the fabric for both blocks were covered in dog hair. They are going to get that way anyway, but seemed odd for a new product.
I would prefer that the shoulder straps were wider to distribute my dogs weight more.
