Love it - beautifully laid out, packed with info

Great second pot for my electric pressure cooking
So it's not easy to use because it's hard to get the pot out of the cooker to serve the food when it's hot – solved the problem with some pan handles that clamp onto it that I bought for not much on eBay. Just be careful with the weight– if you've got a lot of food in there, use both of the clamp handles. Other thing I don't like is it's v easy to scratch even without ever using a metal implement. But v handy to have two of these as I use my electric pressure cooker a lot.
