A sadly underrated design for deep thinkers who love difficult puzzles.
This was a very controversial Game of the Year by Games Magazine (USA) in 1998, and remains sadly underrated despite a laudatory online review by a keen gamer I would not have expected to like it. My niece, a relative newcomer to modern boardgames, took to it very quickly and I have yet to defeat her in 2-player contests. Nobody, however far behind on the scoretrack, is ever out of contention in this game for deep thinkers and keen puzzlers.

Offers lifetime of challenge and camaraderie.
It is a splendid and tense example of a cooperative game - all the players againg the gane!

Deserves to be venerated in a cathedral!
It is a novel worker placement game that has stood the test of time despite a plethora of such designs since its release. Beautiful and immensely challenging.
