LOVE south Beach and this little book!
An excellent guide on what is good for low carb eating plan - key is on page 35 and charts explain all and help you buy groceries and stock your pantry - as a diabetic this is the ONLY diet for me...

Perfect lemon squeezer
I make lemon chicken for us often - nothing better than being to squeeze the lemons right over the electric skillet while cooking the chicken... this is PERFECT. I had a similar one before out of plastic and it broke - this is incredible and strong and will LAST!

Unique humming bird feeder
0 of 1 found this helpful the ants - from the tree come in on top of the feeder and go down to the flowers - only one is inside - used to get dozens inside... but they can get on the flowers. It is heavy and fell down on the grass the first time I used it but has stayed put since then.
