Works perfectly.

Easy setup with a pay a go sim card. I have used an Asda mobile one but O2 pay and go is a similar price at 1p per mb and 2p per text. Didn't bother setting up the data and using the app as I don't need constant real time tracking. Therefore running costs are just the price of the odd text when I check its still functioning OK every so often. Just phone the tracker and it will hang up then send a text message that includes a Google maps clickable link with its location. I have set mine to send a text when the battery is down to 30% or if the unit receives a shock. Setting sleep mode after 5 mins use also hepls conserve the battery.

Ok for price

The sign is cheap lightweight plastic and very flimsy. It rattles about tapping the roof at anything over 50 mph. The plastic plugs holding the base to the top pop out when I remove the sign from my car roof overnight. It’s just about acceptable for the price.
