1 of 1 found this helpful Been taking this for a week and to be honest its too early to tell whether theres any difference i certainly dont feel any difference but on the other hand i trained well in the gym but after reading and watching reviews i was expecting much more from a product like this especially being an older guy time will tell if i,d buy this again at the moment the answer would be no unfortunately
