Unfortunately this item stopped working ...

Unfortunately this item stopped working after using it to rip a few CDs. One cd is stuck in the device 😔 Not the sellers fault. Will try to see if the unit will work on my older Mac to eject the stuck cd 😳 The usb rubber covering the connection comes off easily when unplugging it from my usb port. Will try popping the unit apart as a last resort to recover the cd 🙏🏽
