Really effective
These work really well. Half a tablet is enough to give a good nights sleep. I am told they are not habit forming but best only used for a few days at a time just in case.

The cheapest way to enjoy NowTV
The code is just entered in the "my passes" section of your account. When you are within one month of needing to top up the "use voucher" button appears against the relevant pass. Press that and enter the code and hey presto the time his added to your remaining time so you don't lose out if you use this with three weeks left on the pass it just gets added to that.
