Auto raise feature is great
2 of 3 found this helpful Stands are very well built with heavy duty components. The auto raise feature eliminates the awkward task of trying to manually raise speakers while trying to tighten the hand knob or put in a pin. Lesson learned the hard way, I was experimenting with the stands upon receipt and I loosened the hand knob to see the speaker pole go up and It did. Unfortunately, I was now faced with the daunting challenge of lowering the pole back to the recessed position. It is very difficult to lower to pole without the weight of a speaker on it. 'Nuff said.

Exact Samsung replacement battery
Exact replacement battery works great. Exactly as advertised.

Well built solid unit, but variable attenuation control would be better
It works well, but I would rather have a variable attenuation control so you don't have to go back & forth between the X Direct and your audio source to get the right amount of attenuation. It has two
-20dB switches so you can either have -20dB or -40dB, but nothing in between. Another inconvenient feature is that the switches are not lighted so it is difficult to see on a dark stage. With that being said, the unit is built like a tank and does exactly what is was designed to do.
