Informative book
This is a great book: it may change the way you brainstorm. If you thought creativity is a personal trait which you have or don't this may may give you heart: It's often a group effort.. It also dispels the idea of keeping your "nose to the grindstone,"-having some free time helps the creative process. The beginning is a little technical/scientific, but stick with it.

Effective and sturdy
These came on time and are nice and sturdy. I use one on my 4th toe (next to the pinkie toe) and It/s helping with my "hammer toe" problem. Sometimes uncomfortable, but that's from the semi-straightening that this separator is doing. Great product.
