A very basic introduction to an amazing concept...
I purchased this DVD after misplacing my Eva Fraser Facial Workout paperback. In many ways the DVD is an excellent format for learning the Eva Fraser techniques. The menu is clear and makes navigating the contents easy. The exercises are shown using a model and with Eva talking you through each move in detail. As with all the facial excerises in the Eva Fraser programme it is important to complete each of the moves twice - this is shown on the DVD by simply repeating the same bit of film. This can get slightly annoying as each of the comments between the model and Eva are repeated. However, there is significant advantage to purchasing the DVD over the book and that is the testimonials section. Several women of a variety of ages and who have been using the techniques for differing lengths of time talk about their experiences. It's interesting to see how their skin looks. However, it is annoying that they don't all say their actual age - which seems to defeat the object of the interviews. All in all I am a big fan of the Eva Fraser technique and had been using the exercises for 6 months from the book. Anyone who has any experience with the subject may find this quite a basic taster as many of the exercies are over simplified. However, the DVD is a great introduction to the subject and useful for anyone looking to start the regime or those who had difficulties following to printed diagrams from the books.
