Goodness me. I ordered yesterday afternoon and it arrived next morning. Unpacked, inspected (looked every inch the original, solid metal MB bonnet badge. In fact I could not tell the difference in any part of it compared to original at £50 approx. Star, Mechanism, Spring, the lot - identical and NOT plastic). Tip: little WD40 and decent set of hand grips, turn 90 degrees carefully [don t squeeze too hard), clean the old dirt off, reinstall with 90 degree twist again and hey presto. Done in 1 minute. What a product and what service. PS: It remains to be seen if it stays in place and might be hesitantly watching as I go through the car wash but as it was the same in every detail as original I am guessing it won t be a problem. I can always hand wash from now. lol. Hope these tips useful.
