Unexpectedly good.
1 of 1 found this helpful A little bit suspicious about open box item but it turns out to be a really good original one. Working very well so far. No issues there. I ordered one more for my son. Save a lot of money. Compare to more than $90 at Verizon store when I upgrade my old phone, this is a steal !! I already have two of this and working very well. Order it if you want Samsung wireless charger. It's an original open box. Not a fake one.
