  Item received intact, but shipping packaging was less than adequate for a framed painting 31"x27" - I had assumed the extra $30 over the normal cost to ship by USPS was for box, protective packaging, but it was not. Item was wrapped in brown paper, bubble wrap (one layer), with cardboard frame only protected on 2 sides from damage, and packing tape on the other two sides...not ideal. It is a miracle that item arrived unbroken. Five stars for the item (as described), but 1 star for shipping.
