Great Distance Running bottle
I use the bottle in my camelpak (tm) waist pack. It is a good size for an ultra marathon or probably more. It has about 3 servings, and it is recommended every hour you dose yourself with this terrible paste. Step 1: find one you can tolerate. Hammergel brand is really good. Choco/Hazelnut was it for me. Do everyone a favor and help save some trash. You can put whatever concoction (see old-fashioned) gets you back to running.
