When I got the bike home I tried to program the Specialized App to the bike this then displayed an avatar, serial number and description of entirely different bike, Turbo Vado SL step through. After contacting Specialized head office and my local dealer they said that this could be reprogrammed at a cost of £50, I also found out the the bike was 2019 not 2021 as advertised. We then negotiated a refund £139.30 Inc purchase protection. The bike cost me over £200 to get fixed as it wouldn't program
