  Item as described with accurate photo, promptly despatched and incredibly well packaged so as to protect from damage - I have bought many drives off eBay and this was by far the best packaged. Excellent communication from seller (including saying how he had double boxed the drive). The seller charged considerably less for posting than the cost he incurred. Item very good value for money. I would highly recommend this seller.

  The laptop arrived earlier than the stated delivery date. It was securely packaged in order to ensure it was delivered in pristine condition . The laptop is as described but has exceeded expectations. The pre sale care the seller has applied to it is clearly evident.
