  I received this product immaculately packaged, so that the dalek was not damaged at all. Unfortunately the dalek's movement is not working correctly, but this has absolutely nothing to do with the seller and as such, I cannot fault his service. He contacted me immediately when he heard there was a problem with the remote control and movement of the dalek and offered advice etc. I would highly recommend this seller - Jonathan.
