2 of 2 found this helpful What a delight these are - they were the the posh version of the highly rated 760i (which I have a pair of from new). A very solid cabinet with a real wood veneer. These differed from the 760i by having a deeper cabinet, the option of bi-wiring and I believe a higher spec crossover network. These little belters work well against a wall, or even in a corner and really are a convenient size. These particular ones are about 27 years old, whilst writing this I am listening to them through a Cyrus Two and PCM 7000 CD player and the sound is fabulous.

Unusual size
I wasn’t sure these even existed. The smaller size spade connector that can take 6mm2 cable and these seem to be good quality.

Correct quality
A good part at a good price. Easy to fit - shame the old one isn't so easy to remove. Very difficult to get a ball joint splitter large enough - I had to shorten threaded stem of the old joint to get my splitter to fit correctly. Once the new one was fitted and with the wheel still removed I jacked up the front suspension to preload the the suspension before fully tightening the link to the frame of the car. If you tighten without the suspension loaded you will damage the rubber bushing.
