Great earphones, but not so good support 3 weeks in of purchasing
1 of 1 found this helpful When I received the item, they were working perfectly; no problems and the sound was amazing on them. However, its been 3 weeks since I purchased them, I've been delicate with them and for no obvious reason the jack has a fault where I can only hear sound from one ear and would require moving the jack around a bit before getting it to play sound through both ears, there is no physical damage that can be seen and when requesting support from the buyer on this problem; a message was received to say that since its past the 14 day return, no more support can be offered.
