Cannot get it set up
My Windows 10 computers will not read the disc that came with it, nor will they accept/download the necessary driver to connect to the device via USB cord. NOTE: both computers have the same issue. I don’t think it’s the device’s fault; it’s just not compatible. So, I can’t use it. Oh well.
