as a seller I make sure to take care of my customers first, if you see that I have bad reviews it's because customers didn't get a hold of me and just left a bad review or wanted a full refund plus the item, with me you can get a full refund but you have to ship the item back to me, or you can get an exchange, but the old item has to be shipped back to me. I can't do anything if you don't contact me. also a few of my bad reviews are from customers that cancelled their orders for no reason. customers shouldn't be allowed to leave any feedback if they cancelled their order.
