Scratches and Cutscenes loop. Game works tho

Wanted the game for nostalgia. Sold for a decent price, but description made it seem like the game didnt have issues. Haven't played long enough, but the very first cutscene loops. I can skip it and the game works fine, but it leaves me to wonder if there are any more issues i havent found because i didnt get far into the game.
