Great!
It is a very detailed cookbook that when reading the recipes one will not have any problems understanding it. The descriptions and pictures of the various ingredients needed for a recipe were welcomed to this novice. I have already made several recipes and they came out very good. Just love this cookbook!

Chockfull of great recipes!
The book is well written and the recipes are so much better than the recipes from the booklet that accompanied bread maker. Although, this book is much older, the advice and guidance is spot on. I have tried several recipes from this book and the bread has always come out tasty, crusty and delicious. Kudos to the author for producing a very good book for novice bakers!

Cute and catchy.
Simple recipes, little time consuming to produce the meal and the pics are very delicious looking.
