  Transaction was smooth enough, however sending a ltd edition Minichamps in a plastic bag with single layer bubbles for £9 is shocking and careless. The display case was obviously severely cracked in transit, and when I contacted the seller, they just told me to let them know what Royal Mail said and that I should complain to them. Well, they said you should have used a cardboard box like any sensible person would have done.
