A study in courage
I purchased this book believing it to be a simple biography of St. Thomas More and John Fisher. What I got was so much more. Mr. Conrad takes us inside the minds of these two courageous men and helps us to understand what it was that gave them the strength to stand up to their king and to never let go of their faith, convictions and values even though it meant their lives. Using many actual quotes of these men, you almost get a first hand account of what these two men endured , the courage it took for them to stand up to the evil that they saw and to eventually face death with a smile and forgiving those whose actions and lies led to their executions. Mr. Conrad also lends a lawyer's and judge's insights into the trials that found them guilty of treason. At the end of the book, he offers prayers and novenas to these two men and recommends other books to read. I was thoroughly moved by this book and by the strength of these two men.

Rick Steve's The Ultimate Travel Guide
Planning a trip to Scotland I find this book amazingly comprehensives, covering in detail a wide range of topics
in regional highlights, suggested itineraries, timing & scheduling suggestions, money saving packages and passports, weather information, festivals, understanding currency, travel apps, So much more all wrapped within an explanation of Scotland's cultural and historical context. To give you a sense of the amount of information contained in the book, the book has almost 600 pages, filled with photographs & maps and a large folding map attached in the back of the book. With all this, the book is small enough to carry on your person. I would say this is a must book for planning and having on hand while traveling.

Best series ever
In my opinion, this is one of the best series ever. Even after years of being off the air, the stories are crisp and timely. Michael and Nikita are two of the most engaging characters. If you have never seen this series, check it out. You won't be disappointed.
