Good picture but smart TV useless
Hello I purchased this TV at very good price as was refurbished cat c . The picture and sound are good but the TV guide is so slow it drives you mad and leaves the show you are watching to view it recording programmes is really hit and miss . The smart TV is completely useless everytime you start to watch YouTube or any other app it cuts off after a few minutes and says insufficient memory problem please restart tv it also does this with Web browser . LG know all about the smart TV problems but are not interested in fixing it or cannot fix it . I have had to buy an amazon firestick so i can use smart tv apps . I am fairly pleased with my purchase as the picture and sound are ok and because and as I only paid £237 I can live with it but if I had payed full price then the TV would of been returned
