Don’t see how it could be HO scale
The package is clearly marked “HO scale”. But unless all of the other HO scale trucks I own are undersized, I don’t see how this truck could be accurately scaled for HO. Its cab looks to be 5-to-10 percent larger than the cabs on my 1941-46 Fords and Chevys. My google search for 1937 trucks turned up nothing that has the same proportions as the cab and front hood of this vehicle.
It’s a durable product, and if you just want “an old-time Coca-Cola delivery truck”, you can give it five stars. As an HO scale model, I don’t recommend it.

Nice unusual piece of HO track
It’s a Walthers track product. It works as intended/expected.
