Great company

Kefir grains
I had very bad IBS the pains I was getting was unbearable at times and lost a lot of time off work, I've only been using these kefir grains to make kefir milk for 4 days now and I'm virtually pain free, I would recommend this to anyone who suffers IBS better than any tablets the doctor prescribed to me, it is so easy to do plus the seller gives you the full instructions, and it's on YouTube, from being in pain for the last few years to virtually no pain no it's great.
