Broken/Defective

I opened up the package and when I took the package out. It was bend out of shape. No circuit board is bend this way. No way. And it looked broken too. I went and installed it anyway. And plugged it in. And it blew my power supply on purpose. . The description said. It worked 100%. Why did it blow my power supply? It supposed to work. It didn't. And the chips got really really hot too. That's not good.
