Package was received yesterday and the box was in fine shape. Upon opening, I see two concerning problems. First, only one of the two mounting feet were included in the package. This is critical to mount the speaker at the appropriate angle. Even more concerning, I noticed that one of the endcaps on the speaker is missing and potentially has broken off. The internal insulation and wiring is exposed. This is unacceptable.

Nice powerful sound, extra features like a/b speaker switch, power controls, all in a very compact model.
