Great grips!
Best grips for any purpose. Cushy and grippy without being overly tacky. Great for riding to work or down a black diamond trail. (Just did that 4 days ago)
Don't bother with the lock ons. Just blow these right off with an air compressor and a blow nozzle when you need to remove them to access your cockpit controls. Use a quick dry electrical contact cleaner spray to slide them on and cure tight fast. Soapy water takes forever to dry in comparison.
Much more rubber cushion than the lock ons too.

Works quite well so far
1 of 1 found this helpful It’s obviously not 25,000 lm as it’s been stated but that’s standard for all Chinese made rated LED lights. I got this size over the larger ones so that it wouldn’t be so cumbersome and clunky on my handlebar. It’s really quite bright and useful spread considering the size. So far I’ve been on a 50 minute ride in total darkness and found that the low brightness level was plenty for climbing up fire roads and trails as it wasn’t high speed technical riding. Then after going through the pointless blazing strobe (which is way too much for even daytime car warning) I put it on hi and it’s way enough for technical and high speed riding. The throw is moderate and the spread is fairly nice. Definitely has a hot spot in the beam you can direct up or down depending on your speed and how far you’re looking ahead. But in pitch black deep woods I was ripping through single track and hopping logs nearly as easily as in daylight. The green light of the switch at the back is nice as it stays lit even when the light is turned off as long as it’s plugged in. The little red light that has like 6 flashing modes and uses two AAA batteries (finally something simple to replace!) is great and a surprising add on. Perfect for daytime tail warning light too.
The only cons I ran into were:
The nylon bag’s that holds the battery strapped to the bike frame chafed my glossy paint job after one ride so definitely need to wrap the frame in something like microfiber first if you care about that.
The shape of the plastic curved mount of the light that has a bit of padding is to small of a radius for the 31.8 diameter of most MTB handlebars near the stem and it wouldn’t hold firm because it would ride on the plastic edges. Solution- razor knife the plastic edges back far enough to allow just the padding to touch.
The rubber band that holds it to the bar is cool but the hooks are really small to latch it easily and with a glossy handlebar it still tends to shimmy around and bounce a bit on the bumpy rides. Might have to put some sticky friction tape on that spot of the bars to firm it up.
Conclusion: it’s a whole lot of light to come with the battery, the charger, the mounts, the cool red tail light and a bag for only $30~. I liked it so much for that price I bought one for my buddy and he loves it.
