Just an Honest Opinion
Im giving this a 2 because it does create foam but only shoots in a straight line similar to a hose pipe on the jet setting so hardly any coverage. this would resulting in using more cleaning product than required, I used up the whole 1l and and just barely covered a mk7 fiesta. also water just leaks out of the brass connections but only if you tilt the bottle, think of it as carrying an open bottle if you tilt it it will pour. I thought perhaps you just arn't supposed to tip it but checked the karcher foam gun that came with my pressure washer and that is of much better build quality and no leaking.
