Bare metal BiGDUG garage shelving
This stuff does the job.
It is very thin, lightweight metal. Very flexible and the mdf it comes with is also very thin. One shelving unit standing alone would only be able to handle a very light load.
I bought six of these, bolted them all to one another and screwed them to the wall which has dramatically improved the rigidity
