Rocky Mountain Bugs is as described!
I had checked out a copy of Rocky Mountain Bugs at the library to use as a field guide with my grandchildren, and really liked it. I am from Florida so there is much I need to learn, too! It’s neither too simple nor too complex, well illustrated and encouraging. Glad I could find a copy for personal use. Thanks!!

A great book for teachers to use!
This book provides a broader view of Ringgold’s contribution to American art quilts, the use of text in art and quilting, and this African-American artist’s well-earned role in all art.
It is rich with images of her work, the story of her life, and the development of her art.

Snap-Circuits FM radio kit.
This kit does not have the sequential images that facilitate independent completion by a child - as some of the other Snap Circuit kits do. If they are guided to check what piece is under what after they have no success in hearing a station, this reviewing will assist in their developing better critical visual skills.
Also, I wish they had labeled the antenna. I thought it needed to be connected somewhere. It might be fun to experiment in ways to increase the strength of the reception!
A station cannot be dialed, but pushing a button advanced the radio to the next station.
