Not very a-peeling
this peeler really does just take the very top-most part of the veg off.
It felt more like it was grazing a carrot than peeling it. The blade seems dull and it just had very limited traction when peeling.
The blade is mounted so it can move a little, but it is quite stiff and doesn't really have the agility to deal with bumps and curves on less smooth veg.
