Child went from 5am to 6.30am wake up within a week
My 23 month old had been waking up at 5 am for months screaming the house down until we’d get him up for the day. He was tired and cranky all day from the early wake up and so were we.
1 week after starting to use this clock he now gets up at 6.30am and even if he wakes earlier he stays lying down and either dozes back off or just relaxes till the sun comes up.
No idea if this would work for everyone but certainly worked for us!
