Easy to use and works a treat.
1 of 1 found this helpful I have had the Braun Silk Epil 5 SE5380 for just over a week and am very pleased with it. It's light, simple to use and efficient. The facial epilator is just a cover that creates a smaller cutting area I suppose for greater accuracy - so it's the same cutter just less of it. I don't bother changing the head its fine with the standard cover. I haven't used the freezer pack - haven't needed to. No one can say epilating is pain free but you soon get used to it and its not bad at all, one reason being this epilator is quick. So far so good - no problems.

Hopeless
The glue gun is hopeless. The gun does not deliver glue quickly enough so it has dried by the time the last bit is delivered. It will not even stick paper.
