Quick and Easy
Arrived 2days after ordering. Very pleased with this. It tastes like medicine we had as kids in the 80's but seems to have a great kick start when first using this product I will update the review one month into usuage. I'm using it for short term use follow a back injury and getting back in shape. Thank you for the assist normal healthy diet isn't quite enough with light exercise within my recuperation.
