  Buyer paid, I shipped d it right out and she left me a negative , saying it was old. I want to let you know it was just bought that week . It was not old and it is under the Isa Knox name as well, which may very well mean that the formula was changed for the better. I strive for happy customers and this buyer didn’t even email me to see what I had to say or what I could do for her , she just pushed the negative button and made untrue comments about this sale. I feel the comment was not fair.
