Powerfulll yet light
Great product,I have written to the supplier to explain why the advertising says "full three year guarantee "but leaflet in the box only gives two years.a bit disappointed as guarantees are quite important.

No good to me
1 of 1 found this helpful Unfortunately I have tried the cartridge in my printer and it did not work I think there should be a warning that it may not suit you’re printer as I have since been informed that HP printers have a chip to reject refilled cartridges.I would have asked for a refund but am loath to do so as I have thrown away the packageing ,the cartridge has not been used as it shut my printer down several times and would not print even with advice I had no success Bought a genuine cartridge,,cured the problem .Disappointed but wiser !
