Better than most professional cleaners!
4 of 4 found this helpful I was reluctant to buy this machine used, but I had my eye on it for a while, and full price wasn't within my budget. It only took me n two hours to get my entire 1400 square foot apartment's wall to wall carpet looking much better than it did after its last professional cleaning! If the buying refurb thing comes back to haunt me in the first few months of ownership, I will be back to update.
