Big disappointment

For years we have bought Panasonic TV and been happy with them. Our "main" TV went down (and fortunately we can get it repaired) so needed to get another one. Being committed Panasonic users we decided, naturally to stick with what you know. What a disappointment. Came as quickly as promised, but the build quality is poor, very cheap build. The speed of the remote to actually get the TV on, change channels etc is so slow. The remote again is cheap and nasty. It only has Freeview and the EPC is rubbish. On the whole the quality of the picture is OK but when watching sport or action movies there is a discernable lag and "shadowing" when there is fast action. Would not buy a Panasonic under £1k again.
