Looks good, good value & recommended.
Looks good, works great. I didn't notice it doesn't have a water window but that's the only negative. The fact the outside stays cool makes up for that.
There is a loud 'Click' when pushing the lid back down after filling - I'm a little concerned there's something plastic in the hinge that may break but even if it does, it shouldn't affect use. except maybe having to hold lid open while filling.

Very good thermometer
1st one (listed) was DOA. Inkbird replaced it with an upgraded model because they had 10th anniversary coming.
Sometimes you get a product that feels cheap even though it works. Both the HET-F001 and the one they sent to replace it, the IHT-1P FEEL good, well made and solid.
The IHT-1p is fast to read & dead simple to use. I've already used it to calibrate my coffee thermo as well as check my home brew mash temps in the sous vide.
Easy to read, magnetic back so I can just stick it in a handy spot, I've found no cons to mention, just pros.
Recommended.
