  The item is great, as expected, but the packaging was disappointing. This was a present but it was sent in an uncovered Charlie Bears box which was a bit of a give-away; a covering of brown paper would have been appreciated. There was an issue with underpaid postage which delayed delivery a couple of days but this was reimbursed very efficiently.
