BEST Brow Pencil
Magically this pencil matches your brow color~!
I have used it ( dark brow hair) and my blonde friend has used it (light brow hair) and it is amazingly natural looking on both.
Info says that it works with the PH of your skin....Whatever it does, it does very well....Paying a bit more that drugstore brands is worth it as this pencil lasts forever, sharpens nicely , does not crumble, and goes on smoothly.
I highly recommend.
