excellent book, I'd recommend to anyone!!

Fascinating book with a lot to offer!!! I have been following the recommended protocol since I read it and I am looking forward to seeing real changes in my hormonal health. The author is clear and concise and she has helped a lot of people!

gorgeous and functional!!
We bought this as a gift for my sister and she is obsessed!! She has been wanting a prettier mixing bowl for her Kitchen Aid and this fit the bill. The bowl is absolutely beautiful and fits well in her mixer. I'm going to have to find a new Kitchen Aid bowl for myself (;
